INDUCTION

The BSELC Code of Conduct will be addressed during induction and orientation for new staff and educators and, where appropriate, integrated through BSELC staff training and development programs. TheCode of Conduct is to be used as a familiar reference document.

Where it is has been established that a BSELC representative has breached the Code of Conduct or related company policies, they may be subject to disciplinary action which, depending on the circumstances, may result in suspension or termination of employment.
