The BSELC Code of Conduct sets out the actions, behaviours and conduct expected at each BSELC location. This includes staff and educators in their day-to-day dealings with children, parents and guardians, fellow employees, regulatory bodies and where required, Government Department officials and suppliers.
BSELC is committed to providing the highest possible standard of early childhood education and care. It is only by adhering to this Code of Conduct, can BSELC create and maintain this reputation.
Overall, the BSELC Code of Conduct outlines the actions, behaviours and conduct expected of its staff, educators and management in their dealings with all other persons in the course of carrying out their duties.
BSELC’s reputation and standing in the communities it operates in is all important. All staff, educators and management are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity, discretion and ethical conduct when performing their duties or representing BSELC in any way.
